I am a licensed massage therapist (#23829) in Tigard, Oregon. My focus is in fascial release and abdominal massage although I have training in many areas including Swedish, Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, and Thai Massage. I attended East West College of Healing Arts, graduating in October of 2017.

My philosophy on body work is that everyone deserves massage! The power of touch can transcend your own healing efforts and help you achieve physical, mental and emotional states you've been longing for... that power starts with you! I act as a catalyst, helping you to tap into your own abilities to heal, all you have to do is believe in yourself!

Currently, my office is at a Integrative Health Clinic that also includes a Chiropractor and Acupuncturist. Our office accepts insurance, so please be sure to ask!

Massages with me can be booked starting at 8:30am and ending at 2:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please call the office today and start feeling better today!
